★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved away from the GVRD a number of years ago, but whenever I'm back in town I make sure to stock up. Excellent biltong (dried meat), droeworse (dried sausage), chili bites (spicy dried meat pieces), and boerewors (delicious "farmer sausge"). There's also South African nostalgia by the boat load for those of us that crave those beloved flavors from the olden times or those looking for new beloved flavors to crave.
Consistently excellent meats and friendly staff. If you've never tried South African dried meats, do yourself a favor and stop by; if you have you know you'll be back for more!
