★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get that you are in low income housing and I was very grateful for being able to get in. However, the place Cordova St. where I stayed, although pretty nice, the manager was a nightmare! She was rude, never took any of your concerns seriously, or refused to do anything about it. When people had issues with bugs, nothing was done. The place only got cleaned about 1 a month, yet we would have yearly inspections. During the inspections the woman, I think Laurie was her name, made everyone feel like they were less than her. She called it “her” place and pointed out issued, always treating you, like you should be thankful to her and are second class low life’s! Many of those living here had children with disabilities. One was in a wheelchair, yet it was very difficult to go from the car port to the elevator, since there were no handicapped doors. Many of the issued were due to cheap materials used. I understand the idea for keeping cost down, but when using the cheapest materials, it will cost more in the end with always replacing them. The wiring even wasn’t up to par. I had waited over 6 years to get in a place, and many people who were new to Canada got in almost with 6 months. These people also seemed to be friends of the manager. When you moved out, even after hiring a cleaning service the manager would say it wasn’t good enough and charge you $300 another cleaning service she used. Which later I found was actually here. This cleaning was to be 12 hours and yet, she often never even entered the apartments afterwards and just pocketed the money. Good scam she has going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had to leave on dec. 26 because it was to cold phoned every body in office I’m high risk today it is Jan.the 6 and they won’t even call a electriciaDecember 26 to fix and they wonder why I’m screaming also in a wheelchair ? can’t anybody get this done I. Put my fireplace on at night to take the chill off bedroom is very cold I hope some one will read this and help me tryed mr.
