Any & all questions are answered in understandable language to the layman . I never felt rushed or pressured & conversation was easy & encouraging .
Details regarding porcelain pictures , granite colors ,types & sizes and especially developing the " Design Proof " were prepared with thorough idea exchanges & conversation between both parties .
Kayla is a solid young professional " front line " representative for your company . I personally only see a great future for her as she continues to grow and develop as a manager .

Not once did I feel pressured or bothersome with my many, many emails and questions. The pricing was extremely fair (unlike most who seem to thrive on taking advantage of us who find ourselves in this unfortunate situation) and the finished stone is gorgeous. Thank you Kayla!
