K	K B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the bin delivered on a Thursday, Thursday evening we called and asked to have it picked up as we had it filled up with our debris, we called every day after to ask to have it picked up. The bin was finally picked up the following Thursday. The neighbourhood had a chance to use our bin and we had to pay for the dumping fee. Why it would take a week to pick up a bin is beyond me.. we will never use again..

The last time I rented a bin hadn't been a great experience, but it wasn't from this company. I wish I had found Affordable Bins the first time I rented - it would have saved me headaches and frustrations. I just can't speak highly enough about how wonderful Affordable Bins has been to deal with! Five stars - I very strongly recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a bin for disposal work!

In the more recent experience, unfortunately they had an issue with their truck which caused some delays. Though inconvenient, Mike and his team were great with communication and accommodation, trying to assist and provide updates/solutions wherever they could. Accidents happen to all companies, but it's how an owner deals with the situation that separates them from their competition and keeps customers coming back. If you want an affordable bin, combined with good customer service, give Mike and his team a call!

We called last week on Tuesday to see if we could get a bin for Thursday. We were told they were all booked up which is understandable and they can deliver one on Friday which worked out and we booked the day off from work to start the clean up. We booked for Friday. Friday comes around and I called in the afternoon to see when we could expect the bin to be delivered, was informed that we are on the list but the driver was really behind schedule and it's now looking like Saturday. We were a bit disappointed since we booked a day off to start our clean up but understood because things happen. We were even offered an extra day with the bin and the pickup would have been Tuesday since the business is close on Sunday and next Monday is a holiday. We confirmed when we can expect the bin on Saturday and was told Saturday afternoon sometime. Waited around all day and nothing showed up. No phone call, email or anything. I sent an email on Saturday evening to inform the company we will no longer be needing their services. We understand things happen but we at least expected some type of communication if the plans had change. Very disappointed in the lack of communication as I read great reviews before booking.
