★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a mini cooper convertible for my Husband's Birthday on Saturday, June 6, 2017. From the first day I inquired about the rental to the day we picked it up, the service was impeccable. All my questions were answered as this was my first time renting a high end luxury car. Shane and the gentleman who worked on Saturday (didn't catch his name) were very welcoming and helpful and ensured my rental went smoothly.I do not usually provide reviews for places but I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to rental a high end luxury car to rent here. You won't be disappointed.

The reason for the review however is that I wanted to commend Stephanie for her great customer service and her pleasant demeanor in a recent conversation. She answered all my questions and always had the customer in mind. Thank you again Stephanie. I'd personally recommend using this company if you need a vehicle rental in future.

Very personal service , makes me very proud to support local business instead of big companies like a Enterprise who don’t have the personal touch that this business does . Their fleet of cars is exceptional , all the latest and best models . I had to find a rental at the last minute on a Saturday , and these guys were the only place open! They were a lifesaver! If you need to rent a car go to Affinity . I’ll never go anywhere else . Thank you so much !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit the first time I used Affinity I was not entirely impressed; however, their lovely personable manner had me try them again. By now my husband and I have both separately been using their car rental service on a number of occasions - both short-term and up to one month.
We have had exceptional service as James and Leroy have been very accommodating. They are very punctual and considerate in the car dropoff and pickup, and the cars have been well-maintained and in very good shape. It is typically a seamless and friendly service.
I am quite thankful for the most recent rental experience - James and Leroy both made a suitable vehicle recommendation considering my usual preferences and the driving conditions I am not accustomed to in Canadian winters. Also my travel plans were extended at last-minute because there was a death in my immediate family. James made sure I had no worries regarding extending the rental, there were no penalties and they were very accommodating in the collection of the car.
A real pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental ever! Vehicle was in great condition and sparkling clean. Plus, it was equipped with snow tires, a huge benefit given wintry conditions. Staff were friendly and responsive throughout, really aiming to please. Perfection!
