★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not often write reviews, however I am so impressed by the level of service I received that I feel compelled to share my experience.
This is the first time I have used Aerus. The service was fast and efficient. Unfortunately there was a problem shortly after the service was completed. Aerus returned promptly and corrected the problem no charge.
A few days later I messed up the installation myself. When I went to Aerus to pick up the replacement part they offered it to me free of charge. I was incredibly impressed. Roberto really understands the meaning of customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Roberto.

Roberto failed to mention I was not able to attach the hose to the canister like my previous vacuum. When I said I will use it that way if I can’t get the outlet installed he said why would you want to do that instead of it’s not possible with the model I sold you. He tried to sell me an outlet installation at $150 or $160 instead.
I called to speak to him but days later no call back.
Not satisfied with his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought my vacuum for repairs...the estimate was $500.00 to repair it. OUTRAGEOUS!!! I of course picked it up to try somewhere else...and it was $300.00 cheaper to repair!!! I am truly disappointed ...I have always trusted them. An angry client

What a great purchase as we had almost 1600 visits last year and no signs of any pathogens in the air. Thank you for your service and for this product. We truly appreciate that this machine is keeping us safe !
