I called Aero in a panic looking for some help with my skid steer. I had another shop fix up my front door as the glass was falling out. After the other shop overcharged for a job they didn’t even do properly Aero glass fixed me up in less than an hour!! Excellent service, top quality workmanship. Highly recommend

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. I am now out a mirror and the $40.00 I paid for Aero Glass to cut my mirror. The “customer service” of this establishment is horrendous. I asked Aero Glass to make one length wise cut to my mirror. When I dropped off the mirror with my father in law I confirmed the cut numerous times. The individual was rushed, flustered and frankly rude as they took the measurements of my cut which is why I continued to confirm the cut. When I dropped off the mirror I paid the $40 which is the price to make one cut. My father in law picked up the mirror when it was finished. When I looked at the mirror I realized it was much narrower than it was before. I called back to inquire and ask why they made two cuts. The person who took my order was defensive, denied that they got the measurement wrong and took no accountability for their mistake. They refused to replace my mirror and the price I paid for the cut. To confirm I paid for ONE cut yet they cut both length and width. Her reply to me was “do you expect my workers to work for free?” To which I replied “no I expect you to correctly place my order and rectify the situation when you make a mistake” they told me the best they could do was cut me a mirror to my correct measurements IF they ever come across a scrap piece that size (so never). I called another glass shop in Saskatoon and they quoted me $230 for a mirror at the proper measurements. I am out $230 to replace the mirror and the $40 I paid for the cut. Very frustrating and leaving this situation as if I was robbed. The quality of the actual cuts was well done. However a business should not be allowed to operate with such a lack of customer service and failure to take accountability when mistakes happens.

Just needed a couple small panels cut. Customer service was excellent, order was ready very quickly, and at a good price.
