★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrian's classes are unique and theare are never 2 the same. His staff and him are always full of energy and make you reach goals you never thought you would be able to achieve. I have been with him for many years and would not think of going anywhere else. The gym is always immaculate and he also does alot of work for the community also. Throughout the class, Adrian and the staff are always available to help you and encourage you to keep persevering. I always enjoy going to his classes and he has made me enjoy fitness that much more than I would have ever thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advantage is honestly the best. The coaches here take you as you are, and work to bring you to a new level. They understand the condition you bring yourself to the gym in. They match you up with the right people that will help you grow. They push you just enough to challenge you but not hard enough to discourage you.
The wheels are always turning with these guys and they' have your best interest in mind while constantly leveling up the gym and themselves too.
I always leave in better shape than when I came in. The work out is killer, the gym is clean, and organized because they care about it all. You wanna work with people who care.
The people are welcoming and friendly, but more importantly, driven. Everybody is in a competition with only themselves, and it shows.
I love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIMPLY THE BEST WORKOUTS.
I feel the most fit I have ever felt since starting my journey here almost 3 years ago. That says a lot since I used to play competitive hockey and lift weights. I always leave drenched in sweat and just feeling good.
The facility is clean, instructors are helpful/friendly, and I'm very grateful to be part of the Advantage community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrian and the team at Advantage have been fantastic! The Boot Camp and HIIT classes are a great work out where afterwards you feel exhilarated. I was looking for a combination of fitness classes and technical Muay Thai instruction and Advantage has classes that cater to both. Adrian takes care to start you off at the right level and observes your progress along the way. Advantage has all levels of training starting at the beginner level and I am learning a lot even after a number of years training in another martial art. Highly recommend Advantage if you are looking for a great work out in a fun and safe environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym to train at! The instructors are always providing feedback to help you progress each class. What I appreciate most is how efficient time is used - there’s little down time so you’re working the entire hour. Their fitness classes are also a great work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not just a great gym but an amazing community. The advantage team really go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. They take the time to really get to know you and your fitness goals and how they can best help you achieve those goals.
Would highly recommend everyone to take ADVANTAGE and go to advantage fitness! (Not sorry for the lame pun)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advantage is a gym that has a great variety of classes - from technical kickboxing to fitness classes that will get (or keep) you in the best shape of your life. The classes are tough, no-nonsense, welcoming, and the gym has a great sense of community as a result. All the trainers who train at Advantage are high quality and no matter who is running the class that you attend, you will get a great workout. 5/5!

Adrian and the advantage family are exceptional!
