Brought in my vehicle after I was in a car accident and they were nothing but excellent in every aspect from service to timeliness on the job. My vehicle looks and works better than the day I got it.

I strongly advise you to use any other shop in Brandon. If '0' stars were a possibility, my experience here would be a prime candidate. I was told my car would be needed for 4 days and I didn't get it back for 3 weeks. I recieved 3 phone calls to explain why there would be a delay, each time I was fed a different story, albeit similar stories they weren't the same. After my car was rushed to get out because I called to explain I had a trip planned I find they have failed to re-apply the protective skin that was on my headlights. I was told without a receipt I was out of luck because I had no proof. "Where's the old headlight?" I said. "I want to take a picture, my proof is on the headlight." The manager told me it would have been thrown away and it was at this point that the manager agreed to have the skin reapplied. Fast forward to driving outside of Regina and a semi completely floods my windshield with slushy mud/salt, I turn on my wipers and both blades are completely ruined, leaving an inch and a half of vision on the drivers side. Spinning me into a dimension of angry I usually reserve for Patriots fans. So I reluctantly replace my blades again, $35 a pop for high end winter blades 3.5 months ago, once I've returned home I call up Advance Autobody, to let them know of the experience that very well could have cost me my life, because someone didn't think they should test the wipers before the car left. This is when the manager accused me of turning my wipers on while they were frozen down, which must have happened in my heated garage. Would Not Recommend

The first time the quality of the paint job was absolutely horrible, with scratches and chips everywhere. They repainted it and the quality was very good but the paint color was completely wrong, the “owner” insisted that it was good because the bumper was plastic, even though the color was different from the other bumper. When I got angry with him, he told me that I’m welcome to never come back. Front desk was really short-tempered and continued to make remarks about my personal decisions of bringing the car in before my deductible was covered. Overall had a horrible experience with this auto body and don’t recommend that anyone who wants quality work done come here.

Abysmal communication. On several occasions they said that they would provide me information about the work needing to be done on my vehicle, and despite their guarantees they failed to call me with this information every single time. It was a frustrating process, and the staff failed to acknowledge their poor communication. My vehicle was at their shop for 3 months to install a new bumper.

The team at Advance Auto made my MPI repair quick and easy, without any headache on my plate. They had it in and out in 3 days! Provided me with a curtesy vehicle, swapped out my car seats for me and even delivered my truck back to me at work! Great company :)

I was satisfied with the services for the most part. And when I wasn't satisfied, they understood my concern and fixed it. Would recommend them for sure.
