M	Marry-Anne Roxxanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally go to this store at night (person with the hat always helps me), I came in early evening and the lady there wasn't pleasant at all. She didn't even have her visor down and i had to keep my mask up? I didn't even want to come up to ask questions as she seemed to preoccupied with her phone. I do not recommend coming in during the evening, The manager in the morning is friendly and the night person is always eager to help. I won't be going to that store again during the evening while that women is there.
D	Dom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for something. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted this time. I was greeted by a cheerful lady named Ness. Her personality was amazing. She let Linda walk around until I saw exactly what I wanted (even though I had no clue what I wanted). I decided I was looking for some clothing for men. She helped me find the right size and color. Her knowledge of what’s in the store and where everything is was remarkable. I will continue to shop at this location even though it’s at the exact opposite end of town from where I live. Keep up the great work and second to none customer service.
E	Erin Biggs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I have tried to enter this location with a partner with expired identification and have been spoken to with disrespect and unreasonable service even though I in fact have valid identification ? showing I've been of age to enter this kind of establishment for over a decade. I won't be returning to this location. If you have any kind of anxiety I suggest trying someone more reasonable

Could tell she was busy with movies but she stopped to help me. Really unsure why the lady with the green hair was working cause she seemed to busy with herself lost in her own thoughts or whatever she was doing. Good thing the young lady was there cause she is great at what she does. Will be coming back for sure

The lady in the Christmas sweater was friendly and made me feel like I belonged. Her coworker was super friendly as well mopping the floors. It’s not often you come into a place that both people have good attitudes super friendly and you can tell they like their jobs. Will be coming in back very soon. Thank you for your amazing service guys and we will see you again
P	Paul Maddaloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ONLINE and STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES!!!!! Knowingly sent me damaged items and will not do anything about it!! They scammed me! I ordered a couple limited edition rolling trays from them and when they arrived there was significant damage to both, however there was no damage to the shipping box and the trays were well packaged (meaning they were damaged prior to packaging). When I reached out to the customer service they told me they only send out good condition items and asked for pictures. I sent them pictures and they then claimed that it’s normal for them to be sent damaged and offered me only a 10% refund of the 2 trays (actually only offered 20% refund of the worst one). After a few back and forth emails with customer service they refuse to anything other than the initial 10% refund. I asked about replacing the damaged trays but was told I had to pay for shipping of the damaged trays back and for shipping of the new trays to me. They then continued to say they can’t guarantee the replacement trays won’t come damaged also (basically saying they will come damaged again). My last email was to see if anything else can be done but I never received a reply. All and all NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
K	Karl Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cool place , went to check out today, as had time to burn. Lady was friendly and helpful. We bought 5-6 items I think, and some cool things. They didn't carry a specific item we wanted. But that's ok. Found a bunch of cool other things. Shift change at the register, so had to wait for buddy to log in. Cool friendly guy , was fast when he finally logged in. Only issue which isn't really an issue. Was it's a little pricey for certain items think our bill was 350.00 or 370.00. But got some awesome stuff , can't wait to try out. Thanks guys.
