★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i live 2 blocks from a fire station. 3 false alarms resulted in huge fines b/c they respond within a minute. tried to cancel. adt suggested to send a tech to solve the problem? what, they'll move my house?! i said, no it won't help. then they charged me $500 to cancel services. horrible company. now telus owns them. expect worse customer service if possible. STAY AWAY!
