Addiction Rehab - Addiction Recovery Network

We sent our daughter to The Recovery Network for 2 months, she had mental issues along with eating disorder but no addiction issues but very suicidal due to her depression and other conditions. We chose The Recovery Network because they were mental health based and could provide the care for someone just suffering from mental health without addictions. Well our daughter did very well and is a new young woman. The clinical staff along with the counselors were so very good at what they did with her that they seemed to go over and above and well beyond our initial expectations. We as a family were kept in the loop and even helped with our own struggles as parents. I came on here to write a review as I see many others that review based on their loved ones success with addiction but rather we wanted people to know that TRN and their staff did an incredible job with someone suffering with mental illness. We are very happy we chose TRN to take our daughter to as we did look at several other treatment centres. Thank you Recovery Network you are truly an organization that lives up to what they say and in our case saved our daughter's life!

Spent $17,500 on a six week program for my son, was called less than two weeks later that the centre was closing in King City. No plan for my son, no refund of money, it has now been brought to my attention that they knew they would have to vacate the premises even before they signed him up. If I could rate this less than one I would. I kick myself for not doing my due diligence and a proper search of the owners not relying solely on the website. Do your due diligence and investigate before selecting a rehab for your child. Makes me sick to my stomach!

I am a parent of someone that attended this facility. They were very helpful when it came to understanding what I was going through as a mother and was so supportive to our family. My daughter was an alcoholic and used various drugs I had no idea existed. I was so frustrated I did not know what to do. a friend suggested that I call these people, so I called the toll free number and spoke with the interventionist. He came and got my daughter, and took her to his facility That was a process , I did not think she would go. But she did, and I was relieved, I could finally breathe. We were going to get the help needed My daughter remains clean and sober to this day. I am crying as I write this as I can not express how grateful we are as a family. Thank you for continuing to support Stephanie even after she completed her treatment. God Bless

I have been an employee of Addiction Recovery Network for 3 years and wanted to come on reviews to say I am appalled by some ex employees recent comments(I was told by one of my fellow coworkers that an ex employee was badmouthing our company) and to rebut by saying this company is a wonderful organization to work for and as an addiction and mental health professional I maintain the highest standards in caring for our clients. I have seen many transformations and lives saved over the time I have worked there. The clinical mental health team works integrally with our clients to overcome their deep rooted mental issues and are the anchor in instrumenting each client's transformation as on our tier as support professionals we work very hard in all other aspects beyond the mental realm to shape and mold each person and empower them to overcome their afflictions. All the staff at our location also enjoy their jobs and yes I can say for myself and other long term and regular employees are always paid on time and even compensated further in other ways with benefits and bonuses. I for one know of the problems with a few recent new hires and myself as other staff were glad to see some new changes in those departments.

RECOVERY CENTRE KING CITY READ UPDATED REVIEW AT BOTTOM "We entered our 20-year-old daughter into the Recovery Centre for Anorexia and BPD. We were very nervous at first because of some mixed reviews, but staff at the centre are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure proper treatment is given to each individual client. John and Shelly, are quick to answer all questions, putting confidence in our hearts. Patty, unbelievable amount of love and compassion poured out into our daughter. Always kept us up to speed as to what was going on. Also, very on the ball in replying to texts. Elsa, an amazing therapist who is not afraid to get to the root of the problem in a kind and loving manner. She has made a huge difference in our girls’ life. From the chefs who are so very accommodating and great at their job, to Paul, Mike, Christyna and so many others that make this centre what it is, absolutely wonderful, only wanting the BEST for their clientele. Questions and concerns are quickly dealt with in a very compassionate manner. Calls and texts are returned in a timely fashion with solutions to any problems, or at least acknowledging contact so you are not left in limbo wondering. Our daughter was treated by highly trained professionals who continually ensured she was not only cared for on a clinical bases, but that she felt accepted, safe, and comfortable in her surroundings. In addition to her receiving treatment, we were contacted to have family counselling, so we are better equipped to help her help herself in the future." Unfortunately since posting this review, this centre shut down without warning to the clients due to non-payment of rent. We have not been able to contact anyone as to how to get refunded our money, especially since there is no aftercare which was suppose to take place for a full year. I personally find this outrageous as these centres seem to pop up and shut down at a moments notice. This is a huge issue as the therapists have made a connection and put the time into the clients at the centre, the promises and contract are a lie.

Former employee. I was a nurse at ARN. Shelley does not respond to employees when we contact her for anything. Its a scam, they did not pay me for what I worked for. Do not work there or put your loved ones there. This is a scam, they promise you and your loved ones so much but give so little. Many clients relapsed. Again, DO NOT WORK THERE OR PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE.

I work for The Recovery Network. I love the team I work with and how hard they work with our clients so they can get on the right path. Watching the positive transformations our clients make as they move through our program. Our approach and program is truly second to none. Clients keep busy with group, private one on one therapy sessions, counselling sessions, and a wellness component as well.. We all have been touched in some way by someone with mental health or addiction. I am proud of our team, proud of our clients. I am blessed and grateful to be a part of The Recovery Network

Amazing staff. They hire great people who are well trained and genuinely care. Hats off to Director Patty and therapist Elsa who are both amazing people and professionals. They have all done a great job in helping our daughter on her road to recovery. She had been to two other rehab places before this, but no experience came close to ARN in King City. As parents, we have felt very well supported through the after care services. It’s a huge relief to have people you can turn to for advice and help, and sometimes just for hope and perspective.
