★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend coming here for help. I went to see a psychiatrist here and they didn't even tell me to make another appointment. I was turned away and had to go find a new mental health doctor. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth one star. Blamed me for calling. Told me that I just don’t want help and to stop calling them. Concerned that I am more intelligent than they are and that I am better able to manage people with mental illnesses than the people who answer the phones. Scary. Implement training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ told me to find my therapist online and provided no help. came to find support for an ED and was completely invalidated. Proceeded to tell me about a single group therapy which I had already attended . Could have helped myself more with a google search. does not know how to deal with anything severe outside the realm of basic mental health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have been with me every step of my recovery. They've connected me wth outside resources, and always have a crisis workers available. Sometimes you do have to wait, and sometimes you don't connect with a certain worker, but these amazing people are doing everything they can within their ability to help. I believe they are the best resources in town, and would refer them to anyone having a crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crisis line staff are severely undertrained. They are rude, and are clearly not capable of their jobs. If you don’t call wanting to kill yourself they will mock you. Called back after having a bad experience so I can get another number to a crisis line the lady told me to “look it up myself” unbelievably unprofessional. Never in my life have I been in contact with a service who hasn’t given me the proper access to other mental health service. All out of spite. Will be reporting and the guy working there too needs to go. Both power trippers who have no clue how to treat people with mental illness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't give any of these people stars. I stared at them through a window thinking they were the least we'll learned and studied people at my school. The food for the mental health ward is not enough to supply the veggies or dietary means of any health person, let alone someone with "severe mental health issues". Their interest is usually to drug or promote their clinical mindfulness which is actually usually brainwashing you to believe you have no legal rights or obligations to your health. I would say similarly of most mental health wards ( you will often see former graduates of your school, if you are scholarly, working these positions hunched down as if they should have never paid for medical school degrees)
Mostly full of street kids abusing drugs from the system and needing a little bit of love
It goes to say most services are full of garbage and should be reassess using research and data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE COP ANXIETY!!! I was having a panic attack and I called their USELESS crisis line... They sent the cops for a "wellness check" after I told them about my overwhelming cop anxiety THEY DID IT ANYWAY. Under trained useless wastes of oxygen
