This recruiter was lurking in our parking lot trying to poach our employees as they left our building, he parked in the back where he would be less likely to be noticed. While I understand the need for companies to have employee recruitment this method is unethical, and shady to say the least. Not only does it give his company a bad reputation but the client he is representing looks equally unethical and unprofessional. The only reason I gave any star rating is because Google won't let you review without one.
