As we were trying to grieve the loss of our beloved uncle, Adam’s ethics were clearly compromised by trying to bully us into giving him our business. Throughout his lack in judgement, he had a difficult time distinguishing the boundaries of his role as a funeral director and decided he would assume the role of family counsellor. His professionalism has yet to be seen. How incredibly disappointing.

Their professionalism and kindness extended to the family was greatly appreciated. They were so patient and helpful with us in the planning of the funeral service. Thanks to their knowledge and abilities with technology family and friends were able to attend the service virtually as we were limited to 5 attendees to COVID restrictions.
