T	Tony Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst customer experience I've ever had: 1. Unilaterally canceled an appointment, and I was not informed - until I showed up for the appointment. 2. Parts changed without my authorization. 3. Winter tires not returned - despite invoice indicating that they had been placed back in the truck of the car. 4. Told to pick up the tires, even though it wasn't me who forgot to return them to me in the first place. Beware of this dealership, and the shoddy service. Recommend that anyone avoid it.

Steven helped me with everything for my car, including some good recommendations for summer wheels. My car has been under-used for 2 years while I was out of town for work, it needed quite a bit of work but I am completely satisfied with the service experience at AMC. Car feels almost brand new even at its age and mileage. Definitely would recommend

I went to view a certified ILX over a month ago and was told there was an additional $1,590 in fees that were not listed on their website ($495 for documentation fees and $1,095 to have the vehicle certified, despite it being advertised as certified). I spoke to the Office de la Protection du Consommateur and they confirmed that these fees are illegal and that the dealer only has the right to charge the listed price +tax. I emailed the manager, Mr. Chayer to explain the situation and have not heard back over a month later. I would not recommend buying a car from here, they conduct their business in an illegal manner and clearly do not care about their customers. EDIT: I went to the dealership in the West Island and can confirm that they do not charge these additional fees and the car prices there are significantly cheaper.

He was very professional and helpful, I had an overall great experience dealing with Steven. Upon my arrival, the service was fast and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Was definitely one of the rare times I received proper service at a dealership!
M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a used Acura at this dealer last week. Service from my sales counselor Marc-Andre Dubuc was phenomenal. Marc-Andre has great knowledge on the Acura product and was able to answer any question i had. He also delivered me the car to my very high expectations. He made sure to fix any paint chip that was visible to me and re-serviced the breaks after I noticed a slight shaking. A++ to this guy. I did notice that there prices and fees were structured a little different than some other Acura dealers i visited. But in the end we were able to get a deal done with some fair negotiation on both sides. I got top dollar for my trade in which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone thinking of buying a used or new Acura.
