★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheena (I think) and/or her daughter (forgot name) are two of the best that I have dealt & experienced in the game. Very simple, straight forward, and consistently solid with customer service, info and knowledge. My car and travel insurances are handled smoothly with ease.

Kajal has amazing customer service and always makes sure we understand every transaction and ensures we are taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person I spoke with gave me the wrong information regarding a new discount rule for non-BC experience and didn't seem very interested in looking up the information or working with me. After calling ICBC directly to confirm that the new rule would work as I had understood (and contrary to what I was told at this location), I went down the street to Collingwood Insurance on Tyne St., where the staff knew right away about the new changes and were much more helpful.
That being said, one of the other staff members (a lady with shorter hair) who I had spoken to earlier in the month was very friendly-- so if you try your luck here, maybe she will have up-to-date and proper knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting my insurance done during covid-19 has been really hard, but the staff at active insurance were able to help me out. They got my insurance done quick and efficiently, I had no trouble renewing. I will be sending my family and friends here, really recommend them for any of your insurance needs, they are friendly, helpful and were quite experienced with all the questions that i had. Was not surprised to find out this location has been here for over 25 years, i could tell by how they handled my questions and policy so professionally and informatively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy home insurance here. A female manager named sharina wrote my postal code wrong. I told her that she would help me change it several times, but in the end she didn’t help me change it and told me need to pay$191 more. Later, when I canceled it, I would charge a fee of $60 but it was clearly their mistake that I had to bear. The terrible company did not admit it at all
Then e-mailed them to their head office, sent several letters but no one answered me at all, it was really a very bad company
