Being a woman I've found it difficult to find honest service. In time they've proved they can be trusted. I highly recommend this service location.

Fast and friendly service started with Chris on the front desk and continued with Steve an excellent mechanic who fixed the problem and offered some advice on how to fix the tire issues in the future . I will use their services again. A great service experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my new highlander to get brand new rims installed. My vehicle was shaking from the one side after installation. they told me that the $4000 rims had weight distribution issue as its not made properly, I also started having air leak from the one tire. Took it to Toyota to look at and they said 3 out of the 4 rims had the incorrect weights for balancing. And one tire edge was damaged during installation which requires an replacement as it can not be patched where it meets the rims on the inside edge. $500 dollars later and the vehicle now has 0 issues. Ended up paying for balancing twice and a new tire. What a waste of money. So disappointed! If you can't get a simple tire installation done properly. I'm scared to know what diagnostic and engine repair can go wrong for complex moderate jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped us out in a pinch. They did everything possible to get our car back to us the same day (they got specific Jeep lug nuts from the dealership within an hour). Chris was so kind, respectful, honest, and helpful. He's got such great customer service. And the work itself was done great. Don't live in the area but will most definitely make the trip back for routine work. Would give 10 stars if possible. Can't thank them enough.

The prices are right, everybody kept their distance if not wearing a mask, the service was fast, and the guy at the reception was just incredibly nice! Great conversation with everyone present. I would definitely recommend this place for your car repairs. You won't be disappointed!
