We are so pleased to get CoPR related with permanent residence today with getting help from Jennifer and her team. I first sought out Jennifer’s office after I had received my invitation to apply for permanent residence, as I had hit a snag with a criminal issue that I was innocent of, but the proceedings themselves had the potential to affect my immigration file. I was very nervous about this and so my criminal lawyer referred me to Jennifer’s office. Between her referral, and reading the reviews and testimonials on her website, I decided to set up a consultation with her office. I’ll be honest – at first, I was very skeptical about hiring another lawyer, as I was worried that my file may prove too complex and I was worried about what would happen with my case. After meeting with Jennifer, I was still nervous, but she sounded confident that she could help me navigate my situation and I decided to put my trust in her. Hiring Jennifer to help me proved to be a great decision – she and her team handled my case thoroughly and with care and I’m happy to say I received my permanent residence with no further issues! They were straightforward, quick and efficient with their work, and they always replied to my emails quickly. If they weren’t sure of the answer, they would reply to me telling me they would get back to me the next day and they always did. Jennifer went above and beyond to coordinate with my other lawyer, and she was able to provide a letter that I believe changed the course of my criminal trial. I really appreciated that she took the time to coordinate with my criminal lawyer to make sure everything was in order. Many lawyers are “too busy” to go above and beyond for their clients, but I’m happy to say that was not the case with Jennifer. If I could give Jennifer’s office a rating it would be 10/10. I was surprised by how well the handled my file and they completely surpassed my expectations in all regards. Their office works very well as a team and my questions were always answered by someone in the office. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Jennifer’s office for their immigration files – I was really worried about my situation and it was affecting me greatly. I am relieved to have completed the process and I cannot thank Jennifer and her team enough. Great experience working with Jennifer and her Team.They give great and detailed advise on each part of my application. Working with them took away the frustration of applying for PR. Worst experience. First of all, this business is not honest. I asked specifically for visitor visa information and interview consult. I paid nearly $400 CAD for nothing whatsoever. No information towards visitor visa and Jennifer kept pushing me to marriage visa. Which isn’t what I was looking for. I became uncomfortable. This person is not professional, arrived nearly 10 minutes late without notice. Was rude and unprofessional from beginning to end. Lacks people skills. Has no knowledge or support towards Indigenous people in Canada. (compares being an immigrant to being indigenous from Canada). Laughs inappropriately during conversation and keeps referring in rude way as “Indian status”, in no moment from beginning of conversation was referred as indigenous or in dignified manner. 0 empathy whatsoever during the conversation even when they made me open up more and I told them I was grand daughter of a residential school survivor. I regret not listening to the bad reviews on google. Indigenous people don’t waste your time with this person. Please always check reviews and ask for others personal experience with them. Not everyone will be kind or professional. People skills is a skill sadly this person lacks, asides not having the knowledge in all areas or dealing with certain groups like Indigenous peoples of Canada.

After meeting Jennifer Roggemann during my initial consultation, I came away from the meeting feeling both satisfied and happy, knowing that Jennifer knew exactly what she was doing, and had everything under control. She was very confident and was able to explain everything in detail in a way that I could understand. Working with her office was a very positive experience for me. All the staff, particularly Jennifer and Erica, were very kind and quick to respond to my phone calls or emails. The information that they provided was exactly what I was looking for. It was both accurate and helpful.
