Incredible service. The staff has great workmanship and friendliness. They only settle for the best. Definately recommend.

Called 3 times to schedule some work on the furnace and they never returned the call. Talked to a person each time and explained the situation and they promised someone would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago.

Amazing customer service. Came back from 5 days of camping to no hot water and they got me back up and running.

We had this company for the first time come and install a gas fireplace. First thing that happened is the technician cut a whole in the basement wall without looking outside to see that he was too close to the gas meter. They were told to call if they needed a further instructions while they were on site. I only heard about the issue when the gas company came and refused of course to finish the project because the exhaust was too close to the outside meter. We incurred further charges for this (and went ahead with letting Action do the repair as it was winter and we needed the gas fireplace completed). The foam insulation as well as the siding was patched over with a metal piece. Our next project was installing the line from the said meter outside 30ft to the kitchen for our new gas range. This time they sent a service tech who spent the first hour in his truck waiting on a part and then was here for 9 hours. He was sitting on the floor when I came back in to check what was happening after he had been out here all day and was instructing some one on how to feed his dog. The pipe running inside the house was not properly installed. I tried to talk to both owners regarding the issues and again they wanted to come back on site and hang the piping properly inside the basement and fix their errors. (we decided to do it ourselves as we do not want to be Action Plumbings trial and error subject). I asked them to credit the billing 1 hour for the time he sat waiting for the tool. They refused. I paid $1200.00 leaving $100 off the installation bill for that hour charged and they sent it to the credit bureau. I will pay the credit billing and never use this company for anything again and hope no one else gets caught up in the over billing and poor quality service either. I notice in this add that the company seems to be more plumbing then gas fitting so that may have been my mistake in hiring them.

A simple furnace repair this time but in & out quick service.Thank you again.

Excellent service Dean and Kent are both amazing to deal with! Kent took the time to answer all my questions prior to the job and was super helpful. Dean did the installation of our new hot water tank and was super fast and cleaned up everything! Great people and company.
