The problem with that was as soon as we stopped paying our ranking dropped. We moved our website to Action Pages to gain a search friendly website design and SEO, and for listings management so our site rose to the top organically and not just when we purchased ads. It is a process that works over time but we have seen some early progress.

Such shady tactics and unprofessional service. This company literally has 0 ethics and its clear that customers are not their top priority. Im still waiting to hear back from the manager after numerous calls and emails, and still nothing. Save yourself the hassle and headaches and don't advertise with this company.

"October 8, 2021 (mailing date) Dear **************** On May 14, 2021 you agreed to advertise in ******* 2021-2023 ACTIONlocal directory. We have not received final payment of $. that was due June1, 2023."End quote (Due date as it appears in the letter) We have called the Canadian Accounts Representative, Kirsten Shumate twice and have so far not been contacted. They have said that this account will go to collections if not dealt with by November 15, 2021.It is now past that date. This was obviously a computer error as they have direct payment privileges and have been using it. It has been over 10 days since first contact and still no response. I will not recommend them or use them again. I will improve my web page and focus on local advertising.
