â â â â â J'ai commandĂ© des vĂȘtements il y a 4 semaines, pourtant ils ont dit que ça allait prendre 2 semaines. J'ai envoyĂ© un courriel il y a 1 semaine sur ce sujet et ils ne m'ont pas rĂ©pondu.
I ordered clothes 4 weeks ago yet they said it would take 2 weeks. I emailed 1 week ago on this topic and they didn't reply.

â â â â â J'ai commandĂ© des vĂȘtements taille grands, mais j'ai reçu des vĂȘtements taille petits. Déçu, j'ai envoyĂ© un courriel Ă la compagnie et elle a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas me rembourser ou mĂȘme Ă©changer mes vĂȘtements (de petit Ă grand). Tout ça Ă cause d'une erreur dans leur propre systĂšme. Apparemment, la taille des vĂȘtements change lorsqu'on change la couleur. J'ai re-confirmĂ© ma commande plusieurs fois avant de payer et je suis certain que j'ai commandĂ© un large. Toutefois, elle insiste que j'ai commandĂ© un petit! La compagnie doit amĂ©liorer le site web grandement et elle doit aussi corriger les (multiples) bogues!
I ordered clothing size large, but received clothing size small. Disappointed I emailed the company and they said they couldn't give me a refund or even exchange my clothes (small to large). All because of an error in their own system. Apparently the size of the clothes changes when you change the color. I re-confirmed my order several times before paying and am sure I ordered a large one. However, she insists I ordered a small one! The company needs to improve the website greatly and they also need to fix the (multiple) bugs!

â â â â â Malheureusement, plusieurs mois de dĂ©lais alors que nous n'avions qu'une petite commande Ă passer. Communication trĂšs difficile. Plusieurs relances sans rĂ©ponses, erreur dans les factures, suivis intermittents. Plusieurs commandes erronĂ©es et non-remboursĂ©es ni dĂ©dommagĂ©es (Broderies manquantes, hoodie sans zip au lieu d'un hoodie avec zip). Par contre, la qualitĂ© du matĂ©riel est remarquable.
Unfortunately, several months of delays when we only had a small order to place. Communication very difficult. Several reminders without answers, error in the invoices, intermittent follow-ups. Several erroneous and non-refunded or compensated orders (Missing embroideries, hoodie without zip instead of a hoodie with zip). On the other hand, the quality of the material is remarkable.
