(2 stars) because the staff are friendly, the print I got is much worse, very dark than the digital copy. not sure what went wrong. totally unhappy with the product. Reply to your comment, The photo taken with a DSLR cannon (thought u can detemine) Camera. The lighting is a bit different, i get it. But it the final quality is very darker than the digital one for $15 dollars a piece.

I have never had such horrible service in my 35 years of life. I am writing my first ever online review after today’s experience. Their services are overpriced and they were the rudest people I have ever met. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am not great at writing so please bear with me while I try to explain what happened. I called to ask if they would be able to print out a passport sized picture for me. They told me to email them the picture then hung up on me mid-sentence soon after. This should’ve been my first red flag but I had just assumed they were busy and let it slide. I went in a couple of hours after the pictures were said to be ready and the door was locked. I called to ask them if it was ready and they told me to come back in 30 min when the pictures were supposed to be ready hours ago. Keep in mind, I walked 20 minutes from my house and had nowhere to go nearby. Soon after, they called me back and said they’d found the picture and that it was, in fact, ready. I went in, payed for them, then walked back home. Once I had the chance to sit down, I looked at the pictures and noticed that it was much more cropped than the original photo I sent. These pictures were for a job application and they were very specific about including your shoulders in the image and making sure there were no borders (which there were). I called the store back to explain the situation, and they started getting defensive and saying they just printed what I sent. I emailed them a picture of what I received, and the original photo I sent and you could not deny the differences. They told me to come back in but that I’d have to pay extra.... I called back and forth a few times to clarify what I needed and to ask when it would be ready. Each time they would hang up on me mid-sentence. Finally, I went in for the second time and picked up the “fixed” photos. This one still had a slight border but I felt bad so I didn’t point it out. I asked the lady at the desk if it would be possible to refund the original pictures they gave me and that they could shred it if they wanted to, because I had no use for them as they were done completely wrong. She was on her cellphone while talking to me and wasn’t even listening and finally called over the guy who I’m assuming is the manager. He started getting visibly angry and said “I told you on the phone you’d have to pay extra.” I didn’t have an issue paying at first even though it was entirely their fault and was honestly just asking to make sure. The guy continued on and had the gall to say “you should’ve told us on the spot that there was a problem, why did you go back home before telling us” as if I wanted to walk an extra 40 MINUTES for their mistake!! He continued to say I can’t return it cuz what would they need with my pictures (this whole time his voice is raised and he looks angry). I finally snapped and explained to him that I asked for a service and did not receive it. He repeated his earlier question asking what would they need with my pictures. (I only offered to give it back to them so they’d know that I had absolutely no use for it). I explained to him that it wasn’t about what they’d need the pictures for. If I return a drink at Starbucks, it’s not like they would drink it. He just scoffed at this. Anyways, this guy kept on going on and on YELLING at me and finally asked me what I was going to do. He was eyeing my purse as he said this. I felt so unsafe in that moment so I just paid for the pictures and left. I will NEVER EVER return to that establishment and I hope you all can stay safe. I never get upset like this, especially when it comes to retail work and customer service. I have worked at many retail stores and I understand the stress that can come with it. When I tell you, this was the WORST CS experience I have ever had, I’m serious- and I’ve worked at Eaton Centre downtown. They were unnecessarily aggressive with their behaviour and showed zero respect. I’m still shaking. Please stay safe and don’t waste your money here. There are so many better options available.

Excellent photos were taken for myself and son PR card. Photos were taken during a windy day after a long walk and the male photographer did a great job editing all the fly away hair for myself and my son. If you can want professional photos taken choose this photo studio.
