★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite happy with the renovations to my home from basement to top floor, and I especially liked the suggestions on changing the main level floor plan which created a welcoming, more open space by flipping the living room and dining room and opening up the kitchen. Not only were suggestions made but drawings were provided to help visualize the change.
I count myself fortunate my renovations were done well and within the timeframe discussed and can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Very thorough, competent and knowledgeable about every rule and issue that may harm a project. I am in awe of the firm and its principals. It is the kind of firm that operates to provide clients stress free progress from day one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work got done somewhat in a timely manner and the work was well done if I'm being honest.
I ended up with extra fees that were not covered by my insurance which was a surprise on my end.
Due to the extra fees, I had to pay Joseph in installments, but I ended up paying him within the week. However, by the 3rd day I got an email from a lawyer/collection agency even though I had payed him (Joseph Awad) several thousands of dollars. This is insulting and totally unprofessional on his part, and I have never experienced anything alike ever.
After I payed Joseph in full, he messages me asking for more money than the invoice indicated. This was by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with, and within the last year I have dealt with 3 different contractors who were far more pleasant to deal with. Joseph needs work on his communication skills as a business owner.
