★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get fingerprints done on a weekend and was a smooth and quick process. The price was very reasonable. The lady there was very kind enough to wait an extra hour for me when I was running late.

After contacting these people and explaining that the situation was time sensitive I was told I'd get a call back. After waiting a couple of days and hearing nothing I called back only to be told that Steve was to busy to handle my request and to find somebody else! WOW! that was really helpful. Now my time to file an appeal is almost up and I have to start all over again.
No, I'm not a client of yours and never will be. Could have told me from the get go that you weren't interested and given me a chance to go elsewhere sooner.
Let's get the facts straight. At NO TIME did I receive a call or message from this person. I have checked the call logs and there is NOTHING.
The first time I spoke with his associate she said she would pass the message on as you were in court. I finally called your office back on Friday and only then was told you were to busy to take my case.
So the review stands as originally stated.

Steve in both cases gave me advice that was truthful and factual based on his many years of experience. Recently hiring Steve to represent me I was completely satisfied with his assessment of my situation and found that he wasn't looking to get the most money he could from me ( past experience from other law firms ) rather Steve was able to give an assessment of the situation, file paperwork correctly, and finally represent me in court professionally.

So that way, when people call, the receptionist can act less like you are interrupting her day with such a useless inquiry, as if she can't figure out why, WHY?! you called in the first place .
