Alex and his crew arrived at the time they said they would, and completed the job professionally. Alex was excellent in showing us exactly what he was doing (inviting Simon up to the roof to review progress) and had many suggestions for future improvement. Alex returned my call to his company to inquire about getting my roof done promptly
He showed up as scheduled to look at the job.
One part of my roof is a little complicated. Alex immediately provided a solution that was going take care of the issue. Other contractors did not exhibit the same experience and confidence or simply did not want to deal with the tricky situation.
Once the deal was agreed to, Alex set a schedule and showed up on the proposed day.
As a construction professional myself I can assure you that Alex is a reliable, experienced roofer and is more than capable of tackling any job.
Professional, organized, clean, great communication. 5 star job, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review of ACE roofing, aka Alex? Arrived on time and with all the materials needed to complete the job. Provided updates on progress, inspected chimney condition from outside. When the job was done, Alex had me check the work and cleanness around the house. Professional, great service and quality as I noticed additional layer of insulation was placed on the roof before the shingles were placed. Very knowledgeable and great price. Thanks Alex and your team for great work!

Alex from Ace Roofing was very transparent. He patiently analyzed the options for high-quality materials. He also took pictures throughout the construction process to keep me updated with the progress. I was very lucky to find them through a friend’s referral. This is a trustworthy company and I completely recommend their services.

Alex sent progress pictures throughout the day to keep us informed. Their work was very neat and they were careful not to damage my flowers.
