They say they will, but I had to show the flyer to four different people, the last guy telling me that "assorted varieties" from another flyer was not a specific enough description. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a decision and feeling like I was an annoyance, I left (they never did get back to me) and went to the Great Canadian Liquor Store by the No Frills where they were far more polite and price matched, as advertised. I will not go back to Ace.

I'm normally served by a younger female and she has been nothing but kind and hard working, i dont like coming to the store unless i see her there. The other staff members have been quite rude to me, im rarely greeted nor helped when browsing, 1 of the staff members Qadarnoor is always talking loudly on his phone and walking the aisles, even while the younger lady puts away the products which doesn't seem fair. There is another older employee in this company i have seen at a few locations which im assuming is an area manager? I rarely see him wearing a mask at all and i rather he respect the city wide and provincial covid mandates. I've seen a few of the employees offload boxes from his vehicle and doesnt bother to lend a hand, i would have to wait around in the store before i purchase as they seem to be working alone. This is a terrible working environment for some of these employees, and i will not support Ace Liquor anymore.
