★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage customer service and no delivery was made of my 3 out of 5 envelopes. One was "lost" and two of them ended up taking more that two weeks to get to the destination - which was not far. Save yourself the time and headache and use another service.

do you have a cart we can use ?
Is there someone who can meet us to take the shipment ?
Never seen a shipping company with no tools or enough man power to deliver a shipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I call for a pickup at our business, we are treated like it is such a bother that we are giving them business. Today was the worst. The attitude of the person on the phone was so rude, and before I could even get a confirmation number of the pickup she hung up on me. I had to call back, only to get more attitude from the person. I think it will be the last time we use this service. The customer service is so poor, they made it clear they don't want people's business.
