Marilyn leads a team of professionals who have demonstrated tremendous advantage for my wife and me with our personal income tax submissions. Their knowledge, meticulous devotion and full determination of our situation resulted in financial outcomes to our benefit far in excess of the cost. Beyond that, they offered follow up service with resulting success when Revenue Canada had not fully recognized our situation in spite of their own rules/policies.

We have phoned 4 times in the last 8 business days at their request to phone them so they could deal with any discrepancies between their totals and the government totals. They refuse to call us back. Very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very disheartened to post this, but I do not suggest for anyone to use this accountancy firm. I have never negatively reviewed someone before, but I am deeply concerned and feel that their licensure should be revoked. I discovered that they were not only negligent but also fraudulent in their actions. The amount of stress and financial burden that they have caused is nothing I would want others in the community to experience. Please be aware.
