★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a storage in this location and I told them I am ready to do the payment and they told me the persion in the location is not there and they will call me and they did not. Even thought their support out an inquiry about this, they rent it to another person 10 min before my husband gets there. I am so disappointed with them. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and storage units. When I was searching for the storage units back in December, most of the places do not have units I am looking for. When this location offered me 2 units which area close to one another, I grabbed them right away. The registration process is seemless and east. The place is clean and units are well maintained. When I called to close the units rental, staff members called me right away to stop pre- authorized payment plan. Great service! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at the 555 Edward Avenue location was great!! We had our storage unit booked by a friendly and professional representative within minutes of us calling the office. The office Manager, Yong, further added to the excellent customer service making our entire storage experience a good one. It was great communicating with Yong. The storage unit was super clean along with the surrounding premises - very good location!

He introduced prices and storage sizes to us, helped compare prices, and showed how to get in and out of the storage. The price is also more reasonable. The previous storage balance can be transferred to the new storage, and it is very convenient to drive up. I will recommend here to friends who need the storage!
