★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I needed a storage unit on short notice. Secure Self Storage was the only location close by that could accommodate my request. A promotion was also ending 2 days after I called; so bonus for me. Although, I only needed it for 4 months it served it’s purpose. Clean units, friendly staff and a secured gate. I moved out that week and would recommend. The ladies that worked the desk (can’t remember names)were very friendly and responded to all calls and emails. My emails were often responded to after hours. Which shocked me but I appreciated the off duty response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary and the Select Storage Team where there when we needed to store our furniture during a challenging move to our new home and they provided great flexibility when our home wasn’t ready on-time. To further compliment their storage solutions and service they also rent trucks on-site quick made it very easy to complete our move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self storage on Veronica St in Cobourg is fantastic! We’ve used their storage facilities several times in the last 10 years and always had excellent service there. We had a problem one weekend ( ours not theirs) and I left a message for Mary. She called me back within 15 minutes and problem solved! The area is clean, well taken care of, NO mice and Mary always does her best to get what you need. Thanks! I’m sure we’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary and Tara have been great. Easy to talk to and will assist with any concerns. I used both indoor and outdoor spaces, and the lot was maintained well regardless of the season. The 24 hour access helped me out a lot considering I was working the late shift. Never had problems with billing or payment. Leave them an email and they'll remind you when your due dates come up. Good prices and clean spaces, I highly recommend.
