★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today to access storage spoke with a lady named christine she was amazing so helpful. At the time there was no units available in the size I needed . She promised she would call within 2 hours she called me letting me she cleaned one out and is hold for me to go in . Went in she helped me right away and even gave me all the advice i needed to ensure my stuff was packed properly and with the right packing supplies. Thanks you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young ladies working there were extremely helpful, patient, and explained everything. They even took me around on an ATV to a few different storage units so I see them up close to make a more informed decision. Only thing I wish they had was more parking out front (Only 2 spots) but overall, a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place never answeres the phone when u wanna pay ur unit it's hard to get ahold of them just wish they would answer there's phones instead of always having to drive there just to pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and efficient service, 98% can be done over the phone and then just show ID. Two things that could be improved on is floor to ceilling self contained units, the very top has a gap inbetween units. And would appreciate the washroom being open at all times or after office hours, as I went with my kids yesterday and they had to use the washroom at 6:30 and it was locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to Zoom Zoom through a friend who has used them time and times again. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, today I was helped by Robin whom answered all my questions, she was cheerful and engaging, she also gave my four year old a tour around on a golf car (the highlight of his day).
The buildings were well lit and bright and the unit itself, very clean. I would strongly recommend Zoom Zoom Storage to anyone, they also sell a wide range of moving products.

Always a pleasure to deal with. I love the location. Easily accessible. I love the 24hr access. I have recommended many and will continue to recommend my friends and family to rent here
