★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to prepare to take my exam and the professionalism of this Learning Center made it easy to understand the rules for it, where I can put my bag, greeted me with friendliness and they were polite as I left. I felt very comfortable there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for writing my degree exam for out of city university. There is nothing that look like an exam center. It seems like a call center with small cubicles. Only one room for writing exams. There was constant in and out of people from that room. The ladies sitting in cubicles discussing their personal lives loudly. My examiner sat next to me, working on computer and on his cell phone. It was so intimidating and hard to focus on exam as he keep looking at my paper. I forgot to mention, they asked me if I had a cell phone and I said " no" because I left in my car and he looked at me from head to toe as if I am lying and did something wrong. It was worst experience writing an exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it absolutely ridiculous that I still get charged a fee for rescheduling my exam when I call well before 48 hours in advance. I have to reschedule because I have strep throat. Unless everyone at the Academy of Learning would prefer having strep throat as well, then enjoy! Thanks for nothing.
