J'ai payé un cour de cuisine à ma blonde au mois de mars 2020.Le cour à été annulé mais je reçois un email 3mois plus tard pour me dire qu'on vas être contacté à une date antérieur et de ne pas les appeler.Waww super professionel.J'ai envoyé plusieurs email pour me faire rembourser j'ai laisser des messages mais jamais aucun retour.En lisant les commentaires je ne suis pas le seul dans cette situation.Une académie de voleur et de non professionel qui ne veut pas rembourser le monde.Mais sont bon pour envoyer des email pour acheter leur plats.Je déconseille cette entreprise si je pouvais mettre un grand 0 je l'aurai fait.Donc faites bien attention avant de vous inscrire je vous le déconseille fortement aller voir ailleurs au lieu de perdre votre argent

J'ai assisté au cours de ramen de 3h. C'était une belle expérience ! La chef était fort sympathique et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir des partenaires d'ilot qui l'était tout autant (je suis venue seule). Le cours était bien ! Il y avait assez de matériel pour tout le monde. Peut être qu'un peu plus de portion aurait pu rendre ça parfait ! En tout cas je vais me tenir informée sur les autres cours pour en reprendre dans l'avenir !

J'ai acheté un cours juste avant la Covid-19. Presque deux ans plus tard, après plusieurs appels, messages vocaux laissés et courriels afin d'obtenir un remboursement, aucun retour de leur part. Déplorable...

Nous sommes des dizaines de clients très très frustrés de l'attitude de Académie Culinaire. 150$ pour un cours annulé à cause de la covid en 2020 [fort compréhensible], le suivi de cette entreprise est désastreux. Personnellement, je n'ai eu aucune réponse à des messages que j'ai laissés. Faudra-t-il une menace judiciaire pour que nous soyons compensés.

My friends offered me a gift certificate for my 50th birthday, to take classes at the Academie Culinaire in Montreal, something I've wanted to do for so many years. The first class I took was a Parent/Child class on Saturday - I was very surprised that we were cooking as a "station" of four people, versus cooking as a parent/child duo. The instructor was not well prepared, running from one room to another getting ingredients that were not in the classroom. The meats were still partially frozen, and the veggies were not fresh. My daughter was able to take her carrot and bend it into a perfect circle. And we did not have enough rice to make a complete second sushi roll. The experience was fun as I was able to hang out with my daughter, however overall experience was not great. I figured I had a second class coming up, hopefully it would be better. Last night I had my second class - Vietnamese cuisine. I was disappointed to find out that we were, again, cooking as a "station" of 4 strangers. I must say the ingredients were very fresh this time, and the meat was thawed. However, it was not explained at the time that we reserved, that we will be cooking with strangers and sharing the food, which we could not eat there, we had to bring home. Since the class was at 6:00 and I was coming straight from work by Metro, I did eat the spring rolls, as I was starving. At $120 per person, and four at a station, the recipes were divided into 4 equal parts, which means that you get 1 portion of soup, 2 -3 spring rolls, 1 small container of rice and beef stir fry and 1 small container of tofu stir fry. Since there are so many people making just 1 recipe, there is not much to do. One recipe all I got to do was pluck cilantro leaves off the stems. It is rather difficult to have 4 people stirring one pot. I was not impressed, and would not recommend this to anyone. Actually, the one thing I liked the most was the lady at my station recommended the Guilde Culinaire, which I will most like go. I'm giving 2 stars because I can't give 1 1/2.

What a nightmare. We had booked a reservation for a Thai cooking class. Unfortunately due to COVID the course was canceled (understandably), however since then there's been no email to reschedule, I've called and left messages at least 8 times, and sent emails to infocovid@academieculiniare. Finally I spoke to someone who told me someone will call me back (of course it's been 2 weeks since then). Incredibly dissatisfied by the customer service of this establishment. So quick to take the payment of 300$ but good luck to get in touch with them for a service you never received. I'm not interested in rebooking - I request my money back.

I had the pleasure to not only take a couple of their 3 hour courses but I also just finished their 4 week semi-professional course and frankly it was one of the best experiences of my life. They have an incredible team of knowledgeable staff. Everyone on their staff is welcoming, kind and the facilities are stunning. The teachers are pleasant, fun to be around and truly patient and devoted to our learning experience. I would recommend this school to all foodies, from beginner to more experienced home cooks. Great thanks to the Académie for this experience and I hope to see you all again soon!
