★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a one year contract for laser treatment which was offered to me by Innovation whois now affiliated with Academie Esthetique Avant garde. My services were always offered by Dina on a regular basis. Having only 3 appointments left, I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. The older lady , Irene, I beleive, who runs the place confermed my appointment. Upon arrival today for my appointment she told me that I had to pay 45$ extra dollars per session. I told her that it was never the case for all my previous 9 appointments with Dina. She then said it must have been a fraud between closed doors referring to me and Dina. I also asked her how come yesterday when we spoke she mentioned nothing to me about adding on non existant fees. She had no answer. She was extremly rude, unprofessional, made me feel like garbage, did not care whatsoever to fulfill my contract. She told me that the company has changed owner and this is how things are now. I asked for the owner's name and she refused to give it to me. I asked her to talk to Dina who can confirm my situation and she refused. I told her that changing a contract on her own was illegal and that I was going to contact the consumer protection office and make a complaint. She did not care at all. I saw another comment of another person who went rhough the same thing. I can confirm that she does not respect her contracts, is rude, unprofessional, does not care about the client. Her only concern is to make more money no matter if she does it in an illegal way. For your own good, stay away from this place, she is not trustworthy. Go somewhere were you will be respected as a client and your contract will be respected aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a facial and it was great. My friend did my facial and she did an incredibly good job. She tells me how very well trained she was by the staff. I highly recommend this school for those wanting to receive a good quality education and training.

They put me at ease and i loved giving clients facials with Irene by my side guiding me through the process. Highly recommend for all esthetician students to come learn from the best.
