T	Tim Fitzjohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have boarded our dog with Maureen at Absolute Kennels multiple times., and we have been extremely satisfied with the service. Our dog has separation anxiety and is often unpredictable around other dogs. We had have a bad experience in the past with a boarding service in the USA. So, we were wary about using a boarding service when we firsted moved to Kamloops. We were quite pleased to find that Absolute Kennels provided an excellent service at a good price. The kennel that Maureen has setup allows for a lot of space for dogs to run during their stay. Furthermore, and more importantly for us, the setup at Absolute Kennels allows for dogs to have varying degrees of interaction with other dogs. Maureen makes sure that our dog is able to be alone when needed, but also makes sure that our dog can engage in interactions with other dogs in ways that do no cause stress. The best part of this setup is that our dog's anxiety is not an issue while staying with Maureen because of the careful and mindful way she treats him. We have used several boarding services for our dog over the years, and we are grateful to have such a good service in Kamloops. In addition to the boarding service, we have also had our dog groomed at Absolute Kennels, and we were very happy with the result! Maureen is the godmother that every dog should have!

She offers kennel free boarding services where dogs stay in her home. Its a great environment. Conventional kennels are available too. I would highly recommend her for any dog kennelling, dog training and dog grooming services. Your the best Maureen keep up the good work!

I have an aggressive german shepherd so I am hesitant with leaving her at most boarding kennels however my dog is so comfortable with Maureen and Absolute Kennels that I have the peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. Maureen has helped me so much with training and advice. Overall wonderful kennel and you can trust she will take care of your furry baby <3

My rottweiler puppy was only 5 months when I first brought him and right off the get go he had a 3 night board as I had to leave town for the weekend and he loved it! He came home happy, exhausted and better trained than when I dropped him off. I now have been bringing him for training/daycare 2-3 days a week and his behaviour has improved so much, he is now well trained and such a pleasant puppy. Since I have a busy school and work schedule, Maureen trains him while he is there for day care and when I pick him up she just tells me what they worked on and what I need to do to maintain it, which works really great for me and my puppy seems to be loving it. My schedule can also be very unpredictable and crazy sometimes and she works really well to accommodate drop off and pick up times that work for me. Maureen is absolutely amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her if you're looking for a trustworthy person to train or look after your dog.

There is also a nice big space for the dogs to run around and play. Maureen is professional and caring. I felt confident that I was leaving Havana in good hands. We left our guy there for 3 days while we were out of town and paid a little extra for the training while we were gone and he definitely came home with some better behaviour! I would definitely bring my dogs there again any time.

Our dog had persistent diarrhea after the the owner of the kennel had left out food for our dog to get into. When we picked her up, she was so dehydrated that she downed multiple bowls of water, making me wonder if she had access to any water at all. The property was chaotic, with dogs running everywhere and the owner was constantly yelling loudly at them. We will definitely not be returning to this kennel.
