Comme solution, Abritek m'ont offert (via usinex)de m'envoyer le capage. et que j'embauche moi-même, à mes frais des ouvriers pour faire le travail,. Chose que j'ai refusé. Alors maintenant, ils m'offrent d'envoyer quelqu'un pour les peinturer... Pas trop sûre de la qualité de leur plastique (en tout cas, pas pour des fenêtres blanches, positionné au sud.) Good window in general. Except that all my windows to the south have turned yellow in the sun. My house is only 6 years old. As a solution, Abritek offered to send me the capage (via factoryx). and that I hire myself, at my expense, workers to do the work. Something that I refused. So now they offer to send someone to paint them ... Not too sure about the quality of their plastic (at least not for white windows, positioned to the south.)

Abritek customer service was extremely helpful and patient with us. The delivered goods were delivered on time, as ordered and free for defects. During installation, we damaged some hardware and cladding. Abritek was quick to send replacement so we could finish our project. From a customer point of view, this was a 5 star experience throughout the value chain. This year, we are changing windows for the house, watch out Abritek, we are coming back!!!
