About Above & Below Tree Care
Above and Below Tree Care first planted their seeds in Manitoba in spring 2018, and since then have helped thousands of our urban and wild trees from Kenora to Portage La Prairie, and everywhere in-between. We are a Certified Arborist & Tree Risk Assessor by the International Society of Arboriculture to keep your trees safe, and are trained in Integrated Pest Management to keep your trees healthy in an ever-changing climate.
Whether it be planting, pruning or protecting your woody friends in our challenging environment, our goal is to provide your trees with the right care for your landscape, maximizing their beauty, environmental impact and value to your property. You've chosen the right place for your trees.
We are passionate about providing trees with optimum growing conditions, while living in an urban setting. He was nice and easy to talk to since I had some questions and concerns (esp for someone who has limited knowledge like me). I had no issue with setting the appointment (it went smooth) up to finishing the job fairly quick and neat. He has the right tools and equipment. He's knowledgeable and is skilled in how to correctly prune a tree esp if the goal is to save it.? Thanks again!?

I am a new home owner and my knowledge of trees and their care is very limited - he took the time to explain to me all kinds of things that never would have occurred to me regarding tree health, soil quality, proper care techniques, etc. I was so pleased with his service and his patience explaining everything in layman's terms for me. Also was extremely pleased with the value - best prices I could find in Winnipeg! Will definitely recommend to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Nick out from Above & Below Tree Care to evaluate my apple tree. I was curious on how its health was as I had done nothing with this tree for about 10 years. The Illustrated Tree Report was detailed, informative but still easy to read for someone who knows nothing about trees!
During the visit Nick took his time to make sure his data was accurate, and delivered the report to me within 48 hours of the appointment.
His recommendations were clear and I will take advantage of the diagnostic and soil tests to find out if there is anything else I can do to keep my tree happy and around for a long time.
I would strongly recommend Above and Below Tree Care services, they went the extra mile for me!
