I called an hour before to book a taxi and they don’t do that - I’m trying to get to a job interview and they can’t call my when a taxi is here or let me know when one will come so essentially you have to wait outside in the cold if it’s winter time because they don’t call you like Barrie does that your taxi is there and ready …. Or even give you a heads up of what time it will be there oh and if they do and they say 20 min? The taxi could show up in 5 min and not even let you know and then they leave making it another who knows how long of watching for a taxi it’s a messed up system that needs a lot of work - Orillia isn’t that big of a town - fix the taxi situation or us young people will request Uber come back

Driver was not wearing his mask and quite clearly voicing his anti COVID and anti vaccination feelings. Quite inappropriate to do. If I want medical advice I will definitely not ask my taxi driver. Wish there was Uber available.

Horrible service drivers are extremely rude I have used this service 2 and cars are really dirty waited almost an hour the one time and then the other time I had to call back twice because I guess they didn’t send my call out really wish orillia had Uber here

Have tried to use this company multiple times and all of those times the lady I spoke to when calling was short and rude and gave nothing but poor customer service. Have been told multiple times there would be a 15 minute wait which ended up turning into over an hour. The cars clearly needed mechanical work done. I will not be using this service again and I do not recommend it as a first or any other option than a last resort.

The dispatcher always gives an accurate estimate of how long the wait is. I've come to rely on this taxi service for a very long time. No complaints.

I would prefer to leave negative stars. Exceptionally poor customer service. Untruthful regarding arrival times. Combative staff when inquiries are made regarding taxi arrival times. My own experience included a cab arriving over an hour late with the CSR informing me that I was β€œan asshole” for asking when the cab would actually arrive. It’s not the fault of the drivers. It is the owners and the head staff that obviously run a company here that gives no concern at all to the clientele they serve. I will never use this company again and recommend against its employment to anyone consider. BBB complaint to follow.

Originally was told the wait would be 20 minutes. That was fine, no worries. 40 minutes later, I called for an update and was told they were "on the way." At some point, my dad called from home saying I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time, and he was given attitude by the dispatcher. He was sarcastically told they would "magically make a cab appear." My taxi showed finally showed up after an hour. I could have walked home in that time, and was about to cancel my ride and do that (keeping in mind I had just worked an 8 hour shift on a long weekend, and had been on my feet all day). We proceeded to take the most roundabout way to my destination. I try to be patient as I work in customer experience, but I would never use the service again. To give attitude to someone calling about how long I had been waiting is beyond unprofessional, and I'm just so confused as to how they estimate an hour long wait to be 20 minutes?!?!

My teenager's first time taking a cab. She would normally bus or get a ride from her Dad, but today was a busy day so Dad sent her to work with money for a cab. We are less then a 10 minute drive from where she works, it can take about 40 minutes to walk and she has been on her feet all day, also, it's not really safe as it involves crossing the highway and a few busy intersections. She called at 5:27 and was told she was looking at a 20 minute wait time. No problem, when she had been waiting for 40 minutes, she called again and was told they were on their way. At this point we are a bit frustrated as she could have just opted to walk if she had known that she would be waiting that long. But as they were on their way, she decided to wait. Some 10 more minutes go by and at this point we decided to call on our daughter's behalf. Got attitude from the dispatcher instead of an apology. As my husband was on the phone with her, the cab arrived. So the 20 minute wait was almost an hour, our teen came through the door at 6:36! She would have been home faster and saved money if she was told the correct wait time and been given the opportunity to decide to walk. Driver was fine, but more accurate wait times and less attitude would increase business!
