The receptionist not only made mistakes on my insurance billing, she only cancelled my appointments without telling me. I drove a long way to the appointment 2 hours later to find out my appointment was cancelled. There was no apology from the clinic after I mentioned I was on the phone with the receptionist Liz in the morning and she did NOT tell me she cancelled my appointment today. I requested to have a phone call back from Liz the receptionist, however, there was no phone call from her nor the clinic after 4 days of the appointment date. They hired a SLP whose first language was not ENGLISH which means the children will not learn the proper speech. Unfortunately client care is not the priority in their business model.

I have been experiencing excess muscle tension in my neck when speaking which was causing me a lot of pain. After only spending a few minutes with me Sherri was able to offer me great insight into my issue that I have been struggling with for nearly 4 years now. She was very professional and thorough and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I am taking the ferry back to Vancouver this Friday to see Sherri again, and I believe she is truly going to help me turn this problem around. I also had dealing with the front desk staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the services Abilities Neurological Rehabilitation has to offer.

We are very happy with the gains he has made in stability and his overall physical strength. He loves going every week! The staff is always accommodating and great to work with.

While there has been some turnover of therapists through the years (seems common in this industry) we have appreciated the knowledge & professionalism of the staff. Child and family centered, know how to handle all the paperwork involved to make life simpler for caregivers. When there wasn't a therapist on staff to meet the needs of our child, they went above & beyond to suggest appropriate service for us elsewhere.

They are flexible. I find that our therapist works from a strength-based approach and is very empowering for our child. COVID changed our appointments from in-person to teletherapy and the transition was smooth. We have decided to stay with the online visits, although we can now book in person if we choose.
