★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three similar negative reviews in a matter of hours seems very suspicious to me and the complete opposite experience I received. I can’t say enough about how professional and well run this clinic is. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly staff to the professionalism of Dt Travis and AJ. Dr. Travis is very knowledgeable, caring and skilled at what he does. He is a straight shooter who explains your condition, treatment plan and expectations. I will continue to refer my family and friends. Keep up the great work Bc back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr Travis since he first started practicing. As a professional hockey player I have experienced many injuries and Dr T has been able to really help with some of my joint and soft tissue problems. Best in the business!

The whole team is very respectful and we recommend this clinic to everyone. We are extremely satisfied by this clinic!
Special shout out to AJ (physio) and Dr Travis (chiro) as they have worked with me and my family and they never disappoint! Extremely knowledgeable and always listen to your concerns and questions. They're empathetic and compassionate for their clients! They work on/with you until the very last minute and make great use of the time you have with them. They take their time and each appointment is specific to your current problem.
The clinic is also very clean and tidy, and you leave feeling a lot better and more knowledgable about your body. Thank you AJ and Dr Travis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the over-the-top, fake reviews posted by so-called "friends" of a disgruntled patient, my experiences with Danielle and other members of the BC Back Clinic Surrey team have been nothing but professional.
I have no doubt that potential patients (who are more savvy and sophisticated than the fake reviewers) will base their decision to partner with this fantastic clinic on facts and the authentic reviews which have been earned over the course of years from real patients who like myself, think BC Back Clinic Surrey is #1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Dr. Travis cares about it billing. He does not care about treating his patients in a timely manner and would prefer his clients to continue in pain so that he can have them come back for more billable hours. He will send you away without providing treatment, asking you come back again and again as the weeks go on in pain. You should 100% find a new Dr as this clinic has no compassion or empathy for their clients, and prefers to line their pockets rather than provide medical care.

The team there has taken a comprehensive approach to my treatment. They have referred me to other physiotherapists and specialists to ensure we’ve explored all avenues with my back pain. I would absolutely recommend The BC Back Clinic to anyone who is experiencing pain.

I have been seen Dr. Travis Meier and Aj for many many years now and the guidance, support, physiotherapy sessions and chiropractor sessions have really benefited me in being able to move again and continue with my life. The atmosphere in this place is very welcoming, all the workers from receptionist to on the floor are communicative, and care about your concerns and demands. I have not had any issues with this location nor staff. Hey Doc and AJ thank you for always looking out for your clients and for making our injuries your number one priority. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
