★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those guys were scheduled to deliver my commercial shipment . They delivery guys appears one hour late than set time and refuses to bring the shipment into the property
He says “we are not authorized to bring the shipment into the property “ He wanted to keep the shipment on the road outside the premises in front of the property on a street
So I had to refuse the delivery as it was a traffic hazard
And they won’t deliver again and I had to go and pick the the shipment from there warehouse ...thanks for your business policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't even believe it. I call TWICE, 3 DAYS before my package was to arrive. I told them it was EXTREMELY important I receive my package on time. AND OF COURSE, They still cannot even have it on time. Because a driver thought that "He didn't have to deliver that one package" Just ridiculous. Ruined an event I had planned for months. They couldn't even help me over the weekend even though it was completely ABF's fault. Horrible business, even worse customer service.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and unnecessary problems and AVOID ABF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience dealing with ABF Freight. They were responsible for getting my Amazon returns from my business to me and it was an easy process. I had to organize the pallet drop at a different location and Lisa, as well as the driver, were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company going forward.
