For a major terminal they could invest in a washroom or a fountain or something, especially when the busses can take up to an hour or more to arrive. A sign fell like 6 months ago and still no one has fixed it. This place is really a kind of a sad excuse for a terminal. At least theres one shelter that sort of has heating. Its on the far end though, so if you have to catch the u of waterloo you better pay attention

Great for a bus stop. Has closed off waiting areas with heating lamps and okay chairs. There is a go bus ticket vending machine where you could also charge or look up the history of your presto card. As a plus is there is a Tim Hortons ~7 minutes away by walking.

Not a very clean Go bus stop and the buses are usually late. In the winter time this is a very cold stop to wait at since there is only a glass shelter. There is no washroom at this stop so you have to walk down the side of the highway if you need to use the washroom. Signs get smashed here so there tends to be broken glass on the pavement where you wait for the bus. Overall, its a bus stop so it is what it is but it definitely could use some extra cleaning now and again so that there isn't food and garbage collecting in the shelter where you wait.

Nice waiting station but no washroom, that's a bit rough. Or have to go across street to Esso Station. No time, in my case, so now with a full bladder on bus. But so it is. Probably not enough passengers to justify these facilities... Otherwise, a schedule or led display would be nice. At least enough room to sit down at the waiting shelter and there is an inside space that's heated in winter..

Nice but the number of buses for public transport should increase.

Main shelter doesn't get or stay very warm. One door is real stiff to open. But, it's a bus stop.

Underdeveloped hub. It could fairly easily have more traffic if there was a north-south route that directly connected it with Aldershot and Burlington GO for connections to Hamilton and Niagara Falls, and a lakeshore train connection to Union Station.
