★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Abell because I saw they had a satisfaction guarantee on their website and we needed wasps removed from our front door (and I am highly allergic). Technician Gerry came and sprayed and told us that he’d keep coming back as long as the wasps were still there and that the wasps would eventually give up. After 1 spray wasps were back so we had Gerry come by again. Then a couple weeks later we called and were told that Gerry was no longer with the company and that they would only do 1 more spray. The final spray did nothing wasps are still incredibly active. Abell did not resolve our wasp issue, just took our money and gave us empty promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick Rimmington has been our Abell Service Person for as long as I have been at this location. Rick is very professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable as a Pest Control person. He does his service work on a regular basis and is available in emergencies. He always checks in before he leaves site to see if there are any issues he needs to know about.

My department worked closely with Jonathan while preparing for a major food safety audit. I and the people I work with truly feel like the attention to detail and professionalism displayed by Jonathan assisted us in receiving a higher than average score for the Audit performed. Abell is a top notch contact!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our tech Shane G. was AWESOME! To find out our condo had cockroaches was just awful... frightening, humiliating. The company was accommodating (thank you Rebeccah and Sara) with scheduling, and very polite, easy to work with. They were insanely thorough and knowledgeable. Our tech Shane was incredible, helped us identify hot spots (take their advice, it works)! Very happy with this company. HIGHLY recommend and worth the good rates they charge.
