★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great club for new starters, really accommodating team. Plus Coach Dale is a massively experienced coach and can offer the best advice for any levels. Fun programming with variations inside and out (weather permitting), would recommend it for anyone interested in boxing!

We needed something for him to gain self confidence in. There has been some school incidents and we were looking for something to help him with.
The gym is very welcoming and coach is amazing
The gym is everything you’d except, it’s clean and everyone in there is friendly and nice to one another. And It’s a great work out
My son has found a new thing to enjoy and it’s just the beginning and I hope he will enjoy this for a very long time.
Highly recommend for kids who are lacking in self esteem and confidence. And anyone who wants to learn boxing. This is the place!

The facility is equipped with 2 rings, mat space, 8 or so bags, and an amazing coaching team. That is the most valuable asset this gym has provided to me; the invaluable expertise of the coaches from working with boxers of all ages and skill levels for many, many years. Whether you’re just trying to get in shape for summer, or you’re seriously considering competing this multi-purpose gym should be on the top of your list.

The staff/coaches are really nice but they do train you hard as heck.
The atmosphere is great and we would recommend anyone looking for a great workout to give it a try....

Dale is an extremely supportive coach. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout or wanting to learn the sport of boxing.
