Can see this is a family run business. Always feel extra welcomed when it is family oriented. That Saturday I took the truck for a drive came back talked business and set a deal on the truck! It was my first time ever buying a vehicle. Ahmir made it one of the best first time buys ever with a vehicle. Ram everything through with me how things will work and who to contact if there is a problem! Ahmir is down with buisness there was no playing around trying to take up my time he was straight forward with buisness and was very professional. That day I knew from the bank that I was approved for the remainder of my loan and signed the papers! Picked my truck up and noticed I had a engine light come on with no service messages! Called Ahmir back and had me into the mechanics the same day! Mechanics were super friendly! Had me back up and running the next day! Now that is super important to me when buying a car truck suv anything. The fact that I ram into a problem and they were there to help and get me back on the road as soon as possible! The vehicle was absolutely clean and ready when i went to check on site, Ash greeted me and my dad very nicely even though i was a little late. He was very friendly and honest throughout the whole process. Got me best extended warranty rates. Overall there are not many dealers in today's date who will treat you like this and be honest towards the business. No hidden charges, did safety, transfer and registration in a days time. Gave brand new tires where he thought it was important without me even pointing it out. Washed and fuelled up the car on the day of pickup. All three brothers are A+ in customer service which justifies the name of the dealership AAA auto sales. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Luckily Ash was incredibly responsive and dealt with the issue immediately. He even offered me a rental car while I waited. The car was serviced at my local Hyundai dealership and Ash coordinated with them directly. I bought an older car (2012), so I understand that things can happen - what matters to me is how it's resolved.
