★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is hit and miss. I’m not asking for much from a fast food joint, just that food is fresh, temperatures are reasonable and condiments are in place. To be fair, I’ve never had issues with their burgers but even with a specific request for fresh fries upon order, there’s a 50:50 chance the result is stale and the attendant will passively argue when you point it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by for a quick supper this evening at approximately 6 o'clock. Young Man behind the counter taking our order was polite, and made sure that our order was to our liking. While eating in, I noticed a young man by himself, eating his dinner by the window. He was wearing a black shirt, so did not know that he was a member of the staff there. No problem, however, after I saw him eat, then sneezed into his hands, he promptly went behind the counter, and stepped into the kitchen without washing his hands. Not impressed!!! Not sure I will return to my local A & W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this location, the staff were so nice it was like going to sit down restaurant for half the price. The man behind the counter was super friendly, brought our drinks and food to our table. Went above and beyond what you typically get at a fast food place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed service at this location. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's really bad. Last experience was good overall except for having to pay $0.25 for a bag. I get that it's a bylaw but this is getting ridiculous.
