D	Dan Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a Nestors Market that anchors the place that has most things but since its size isn't that big doesn't have some things. They have quite a few different food vendors within ranging from Tim Horton's and A&W to the smaller pizza and pho restaurants. Pharmacy on site is one of the best I've been too in the fact that it's a compounding pharmacy so can make most medicine's along with adding different flavors too such meds. They have a high end vision store that sells all the major brands of eyewear. A well stocked liquor store is now there and sell everything having been only a wine store when first opened. Physiotherapy and Dental is offered but can't comment on them having never used their services. Last but not least is an insurance store that sells car and various other insurances. I think I've listed most if not all stores but who knows, by the time someone reads this if they ever do that store may have closed down and another opened in its place. Well hopefully since I'm writing this in the middle of the covid pandemic and everything may have shut down by then.

P	Paul Chattaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is usually adequate, and all but one of the storefronts are occupied so the place has some life. Just don't try cutting through the corners of their parking lot on midnight walks, their security guard can be quite rude IF he notices you. Clean for the most part. Not sure I'd want to try opening a new business here though, the location isn't the greatest for being discovered, but it is quite convenient for customers that live nearby.

Also they have many other places from sushi to a dry cleaners and even a gas station right across the street so if you ever visit fraser heights you won't miss this place as it is downtown fraser heights and right across from fraser heights secondary school which is on the south east side of this complex ????
