★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed and the young staff are not trained properly in customer service. Paid for food but it didn't go to order screen and when staff realised she started to say something then walked away to help out at drive through. Finally got order after several others got their food that ordered after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two burgers that should come with tomato. After getting home I realized neither burgers had tomato. I called the store and they told me they were out, I told them I wouldn't have ordered those burgers if I had of known they didnt have all the ingredients to make the burger properly. They offered nothing to make it right. This is not my first bad experience at this location. They really need to step up their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst A&W experience ever. Tried the new burger with fried pickles, brioche bun and prime rib and half of the bun was burnt and black. The burger itself was nothing memorable and I usually enjoy most products at A&W and often try new things.
My onion rings were incredibly soggy and the breading had mostly fallen off. I dumped the bag out and the bottom was sopping with oil and I couldn't finish them after seeing that. Our chicken burger had an absurd amount of mayo on it and our fries were overcooked.
Ive never had a bad experience at any A&W before so this was incredibly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars. Literally 0. This branch does not deserve praise of any kind. Went to get onion rings, as A&W is known for making good onions. And was told they don’t have any. Hard to believe. Asked if they were completely out, and were told they had to make them fresh but it took “too long”. Asked if they would make some and we would wait and they straight up said no.
Went a previous time for pie, and was told they didn’t have pie. We kept pushing and turned out they did have pie, just didn’t want to make it. That time we waited until they made the pie.
Worst A&W ever. And very lazy, unhelpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast food is just gross in general, my inlaws took my 9 year old son for helping them out and got me something as well. It's been a few years, but yup still bad, they forgot our drinks as well (3 root beers) and I had to go back and ask for them.
The staff were behind the counter complaining to a friend / customer about their pay, etc. right next to us while we ordered, crazy days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for quick eat. We are on the way of a long family road trip. We have two senior people and need hot water and beverage. The lady is so nice to change the root beer to hot coffee and tea. Also, gave us a few cups of hot water to fill our water bottle. Just want to say thank you here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very slow. They take your order quickly and don’t tell you that you may have to wait 15 minutes or more to receive the food. Tasted great! Had to use the restroom and it was out of order. Went to use the family washroom and it definitely was not cleaned any time recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed in this A&w. We came here to grab a quick bite of food and they were out of almost everything that we asked for. The service was incredibly slow and the two teenagers behind the counter barely seemed to know what they were doing. We asked for a wrap they didn't have tortillas, we asked for onion rings they didn't have onion rings, we asked for a chubby chicken burger they didn't have chubby chicken burger buns, we asked for chicken tenders they said that they weren't going to make any because it was too much work. Like what??? And then to make it was the drinks that we ordered stood behind the counter for legitimately 15 to 20 minutes while we waited for our food. they finally gave us our food, and we asked for our drinks and she accused us of taking them and asking for free ones. We pointed behind her and she's like "oh okay no problem". Very quick to accuse people even though you're at fault, I see. Definitely will not be going back. the manager should be hiring more competent people.
