Domino's Pizza

I have ordered regularly from dominos for years. Tonight my pizza has so many spots without sauce and it's overdone. So I call to complain and not only does he not offer to fix it or give my money back or a credit THE OWNER IS RUDE TO ME. A REGULAR CUSTOMER. I WILL BE BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE AND I WILL TELL THE ENTIRE TOWN OF AGASSIZ AND HARRISON TO AS WELL. this is a small town if you can't treat your customers with respect you will end up going under. GOOD RIDDANCE.

I was a long time customer up until about 3 months ago. I started getting 1 hour delivery times and the driver forgot the debit machine and he didn’t have a phone so he had to use MY PHONE to call the store back. Took about 1 hour 30 mins by the time everything was settled. Ordered again, a different driver walks up to my house and immediately said he forgot the debit machine. Then went on to make it out to be my fault and was being very rude. Asked what time I was going to be home all of tomorrow (which was kind of creepy). Didn’t even say sorry. I stopped ordering for a couple months and then decided to give it another try. The delivery driver brought a broken debit machine so I had to be interrupted throughout my dinner on paying. I called the owner to ask for compensation, he wouldn’t give anything to me. He was being extremely rude and didn’t apologize and after asking twice for compensation and he kept saying no. Pretty ridiculous when it’s the third time to happen where I can’t pay and they make it to be my fault with no credit or anything to make up for the horrible service. Owner is a complete jerk and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. They lost a customer in me and I’m writing this to warn everyone else. Horrible service. Would not be surprised if this dominos closes in the next year.

Just ordered Cheesy bread had it delivered, not cooked properly - still dough in the middle. Going to make people sick. I called and told them , but they don't really care. Stopped ordering from them due to bad quality and thought we would give them another try. Never again.

Delicious pizza and great hours, one of the only places open till 10pm on weekdays. I would definitely return!

I ordered a thin crust pizza. Apparently they cover it in oregano? Which has NEVER happened any time I've ever ordered a thin crust pizza. Ever. So, either your employees haven't been making it "right", or you're lying to me. When I called to complain, the man on the phone (didn't get his name, but he had an accent???) was rude to me. Maybe I was irritated, but that was after being told they always put oregano on their thin crust, when i order thin crust all the time, and with alfredo sauce so i don't get a mouthful of red sauce that //TASTES LIKE OREGANO//. He didn't say sorry, didn't offer to remake it, and only after I said my pizza was ruined, explained that it was 20$ and I am in no way a rich person, did he say he would remake it. With the added "Don't eat it, we're taking it back. Don't eat it!" I didn't want to eat it, but the way he said it, insinuated that maybe I was just doing this for a free pizza after I stated I wasn't rich. So, now I have my replacement pizza, they took back the first, and this one seems to be free of oregano. I don't see or taste any Alfredo sauce tho, so it's either scarce or they just didn't put any. They are rude, the first pizza barely had any toppings anyway, and it was covered in nasty oregano. Second is decent. Dry as hell. Use to order from them all the time. Now I won't. But i'm just a single customer. My roommate will probably still get their pizza. All the good reviews are from almost a year+ ago... so... what happened to Domino's? Did they give the hell up? Who knows! Do yourself a favor, and get an oven pizza from the market.

I wanted to share a great kudos for Agassiz Location. We were busy moving and loked at the time and saw it was just after 10 and we were getting hungry. So I put in a order on-line at 10:30 for pickup. In the meanwhile i was busy clearing out a freezer and trying to get all the food and bins to the new house. By the time we had it all loaded at the new place I remembered out pizza. But by the time we got to Agassiz it was 11:30 and the store closed 30 min ago. To our surprise there was still staff there... the door was open and our pizza was there awaiting us. I thank you staff tonight who waited it out well after business hours for our pick up <3 Our tummys thank you!

You all got the best pizza sauce and breads and comes with varieties to chose from and got the best baby/toddler and teenage options for the kids. Coloring and they love watching the fishes
